Resulting in little known background information other than what has been determined by NAIA’S PET RESCUE’s staff. b) The Foster Caretaker understands and acknowledges the animal(s) shall remain sole property of NAIA’S PET RESCUE, and does not have the right or authority to keep or place the foster animal/s in other homes or places with other individuals unless written permission is given by NAIA’S PET RESCUE’s Management. c) The Foster Caretaker understands NAIA’S PET RESCUE and it staff are in no way responsible for damages incurred to any person or property which may result from housing and caring for the animal(s) and agrees to defend, indemnity and hold NAIA’S PET RESCUE harmless from any direct or remote and consequential damages arising out of this foster care agreement. d) As between the Foster Caretaker and NAIA’S PET RESCUE the animal(s) shall remain sole property of NAIA’S PET RESCUE. e) The agents of NAIA’S PET RESCUE will be allowed to inspect the premises in which the animal(s) will be maintained from time to time to determining the suitability and care of the animal. f) The Foster Caretaker shall provide the animal(s) with good care including, but not limited to food, water, shelter, grooming,training and medication when required. g) The Foster Caretaker understands and acknowledges that he/she is responsible for expense of the care for the animal(s) as a result of fostering the animal(s), with the exception of medical treatment. h) During the time a foster has a pet under NAIA’s in their home, they may not bring in another dog from any other organization or persons due to liability unless an agreement has been made between NAIA and the other organization or persons. I) Medical treatment must be given by NAIA’S PET RESCUE’s approved veterinarian or charge will not be covered.
